NSW government gives visa nominations to profoundly talented professionals in various occupations to help drive economic growth in NSW state. The NSW skilled nominated visa subclass 190 occupation list is by the ANZSCO unit group. NSW has recently published information about its skilled migration program for the financial year 2022-2023.
Commencement:
Applications open for nomination from 1st August 2022. Submission windows are for the months of August, October, January, and March. Who can apply for 190 NSW?
To be considered in an NSW invitation round for the skilled nominated visa subclass 190, you must have
• Have submitted an EOI in SkillSelect
• Have at least Competent English
• Have achieved at least 65 points
• Have a valid skill assessment in an NSW target sector.
• Be under 45 years of age
• Be either:

Who can apply for 491 NSW?
To be considered in an NSW invitation round for the skilled nominated visa subclass 491, you must meet all criteria in one of the following three streams:
• Living and working in regional NSW.
• Have been living in the designated regional year of NSW for at least the previous 12 months.
• Have been working in your nominated occupation or closely related occupation for at least the previous twelve months.
• Have at least Competent English
• Have achieved at least 65 points
• Have a valid skill assessment for an occupation that appears on the stream one combined occupation list.
• Be under 45 years of age
• Have completed a study in Regional NSW.
• Have completed the study within the previous 24 months.
• The study meets the Australian study requirement as determined by the department of home affairs.
• Have lived in a designated regional area of NSW while completing your study.
• Have been living in the designated regional year of NSW for at least the previous 12 months.
• Have at least Competent English
• Have achieved at least 65 points
• Have a valid skill assessment for an occupation that appears on the nominated region occupation list.
• Be under 45 years of age
• The applicant must hold a valid skill assessment for an occupation that appears on the Nominated region's occupation list.
• Be currently living in an Australian state or Territory.

To get this visa, an applicant must be nominated by a state or territory government agency or by a family member living in a designated regional area. You may be entitled to Permanent residency if you meet the criteria for subclass 191, such as:
• Working in a designated regional area with an annual salary of at least $53,900 for three years.
• Live, study and work in a regional area for at least three years while holding 491 visa subclass.
